Ever feel like no one understands you, at work, at home, or anywhere?
You explain something clearly and they still don't get it. Your colleague is too slow, your boss is too blunt, your friend talks too much, your partner overthinks everything. Sometimes it feels like you're surrounded by idiots.
The truth? People aren't idiots. They're just different. Once you understand how different personalities think and communicate, everything gets easier.
The simple system for understanding everyone around you.
In Surrounded by Idiots, behavioural expert Thomas Erikson introduces four colour-coded personality types (Red, Yellow, Green and Blue) and shows how each one behaves, communicates and reacts.
